Whether on Open Courses or via bespoke in-house training, SOI has worked with individuals and teams within organisations including Allianz Cornhill, American Express, Capita, Coca-Cola, CPM, F5 Networks, Government Office South West,
L3 Communications, London University, Masterfoods, Ogilvy & Mather, Oracle, Reckitt Benckiser and Vodafone. While much of this work remains confidential, companies have worked with SOI when:
  • They realise a Change Management programme is not working because they have forgotten to take account of the people who will be making the change happen

  • There is a particular performance or behavioural issue with a key individual

Examples of outcomes we have delivered within organisations include:
  • Leading with Impact – we delivered demonstrable change for a team of UK directors. Each one achieving increased confidence, higher levels of impact and greater style flexibility when presenting their ideas within their organisation.

  • Managing with Influence – we improved the effectiveness of training managers in group and one-to-one situations. The emphasis was on understanding ‘difficult’ people and personality clashes and then becoming more flexible in the use of language with those people.

  • Planning for Success (in Sales) – we designed and delivered workshops that drove individual and team focus to achieve company targets. This included the use of fun exercises to draw out the sales focus areas and the creation of project plans to deliver against highlighted priorities.

  • Applying New Skills with New Attitude – led to increased sales revenues and reduced service lead times. This was achieved by focussing on the mindset changes needed to be able to fully utilise new skills in the working environment.

  • Thriving through Change – the design and delivery of training workshops that helped remote teams, across an EMEA marketing organisation to minimise the impact of organisational change. This was achieved through integrating a common language and ways of working that not only delivered against their key metrics, but improved employee satisfaction, despite the change.
