OUR APPROACH
We work with you to uncover the specific needs of individuals, the culture within teams and the aspirations of your business. We then design and deliver the appropriate intervention – which might involve:
  • One-to-one or group coaching
  • Bespoke training courses
  • Facilitating visioning workshops
  • Developing new processes, tools and techniques
  • Recruiting the 'right' person for the 'right' role

All of our interventions are uniquely designed to stimulate action. We believe in creating positive learning environments where people feel safe to stretch and try new things. Our focus is on encouraging the individual to make the team difference and thus impact on business success.

We prefer to work closely alongside our clients to mutually define your needs, understand the aspirations for your business, and design activities that are tailored to your outcomes. We also have access to a select range of freelance associates whom we can call upon to match specific experience or skill sets to your requirements.

We know that acquiring new skills and techniques doesn't always equate to changing behaviour in the workplace. Often people know 'what' to do and 'how' to do it, but still don't actually 'do' it! For this reason, we design activities that encourage an 'attitudinal' or 'mindset' change.

All of our behaviour is conditioned by the way we think, so to be more effective in achieving business goals, we need to choose a mindset that supports us in taking 'action' that will 'progress' us in that direction. We literally need to see things differently to be able to act differently.

We call this the 'MAP for change'.
