Sphere of Influence Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We provide this privacy statement explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way information you may provide is collected and used.

We use return email addresses to answer any email communications we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Sphere of Influence Limited has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

We use every effort to safeguard the confidentiality of the collected data. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, we cannot fully ensure the security of any information that you send to Sphere of Influence Limited, or any information that you receive from Sphere of Influence Limited online, and such information that you send us is provided at your own risk. Once Sphere of Influence Limited receives your transmission, we use every effort to ensure security on our systems.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We hold contact details for the attendees on the training courses we deliver and individuals who sign up for one-to-one coaching. This includes full name, job title and business e-mail address. You may also choose to share your telephone contact details for phone conversations relating to the training or coaching.

Some participants also complete 360-degree profiles or other profiling assessments. These reports are also kept on file. They will not be shared with anyone without prior consent.

Contact details are required so we can send out pre-work and questions relating to the training or coaching or any other information relating to the programme.

Assessments are kept on file only for the benefit of the participant, who may want to reference their papers at a later date.

Access is limited to Debbie Fothergill and a very limited number of her associates when working for and on behalf of Sphere of Influence Ltd. All associates are forbidden to use or share any data beyond the work they are doing for and on behalf of SOI. No other parties will have access at any time, nor will your details ever be shared or sold.
